The Warrnambool Racing Club is home to a range of elegant and varied spaces that are perfectly suited to weddings, conferences, birthday parties or any other social gathering.
Our premium venue, the Matilda Room, is an open and modern space overlooking the racecourse with floor to ceiling windows, full bar and experienced catering by Wyton Events & Catering.
Our other exciting venue, the Moloney Room, located underneath the Public Grandstand, features a rustic space alive with charm and history and gives the hirer full control over organising their event.
We additionally host a number of other indoor and outdoor spaces that are each unique in their own way, including the Gardens & Grandstands, the Woodford Lounge, 34th Jump Bar and more.

Finally, there’s Jess Gleeson, best known as the owner of Wyton Events & Catering. They are an established name in South-Western Victoria, known for their approachability, consistency and importantly their incredible food.
As part of a Matilda Room booking, you’ll be working with Jess closely, discussing your menu, your budget and more, making the all-important food you serve, the least of your worries.
